BMW R1200R LED Headlight Upgrade Installation

I did this for my previous R1200R AC and it was indeed the best Headlight ever. The complete package was well crafted and easy to install. It would be great if you could provide another set for the new BMW R1250R, as this motorcycle is only equipped with H7 Headlight.

It is a model we want to cover in the future. BMW is not making things easy for us with how complicated and sensitive they are making their electrical systems.

Hi. Thx of the video. I´d like to know, is it possible to set that headlight to later 2018. Headlight is different ( oval ) BUT : If outside dimenssion under side crews are silmilar, it could fit ?? Or, what do Y think ? Thanks !

We have had both bikes here in front of us and currently have an LC R1200R, the mounting is entirely different. And the electronics of the LC R1200R don't allow this setup to be plug-and-play without throwing errors due to the DRL. We are working on something that will be released later this year.

The units are sealed so they are not serviceable. They do come with a 5 year warranty and have been designed to last at least 50,000 hours which equates to 17 years if riding 8 hours a day everyday.

Is there any BMW warning light for these ? The computer can be very tricky, it make a warning when the parking light is dead. Is it possible to have the parking light still on like the orignal model or it's impossible . if i'm seeing the video, the headlight is completely dark before start up For the rear LED light, i have to go to bmw to reporgram the computer, to make the bike understand there is a led rear light, if not, it's simply not working ! for the design the flat engine make a design continuity over the led rectangle, to finish horizontal. Beautiful . I 'm hesitate with the black ring to match my r1200r, really easy install it's great

Technically the parking light can be wired to work. No warning lights because we use the CANbus eliminator.
