Not much. It is on the same plane as the bottom of the upper triple clamp..

It's a matter of us getting our hands on one and demand. There is a significant investment on our end for that model because it needs a whole new bracket and gauge cover.

As far as we know, this upgrade is still compatible with the '24 models. Direct plug and play.

For models with a parking lamp, unplug that and tuck the connection in with the other wiring in the housing. If you want the parking lamp function (uncommon), you can wire the the positive lead to the trimmed red wire on the back of the headlight.

Does tucking the air temp sensor mess with how the bike will run or affect the bike at all

It does not affect the bike at all. That is the ambient temp sensor for the display.

I swapped out my H4. bulb for a yellow one, same voltage. LED headlights are shown to dazzle oncoming traffic, so they are not an upgrade imho

The dazzling you are referring to is when you add an LED bulb to the stock reflector. These are projector based systems so the lighting is going through an optic with much more control. That allows a much wider beam pattern that goes much further down the road. It is absolutely an upgrade.

I wish I would've found out about this instructions video prior to installing this. I figured, how hard can it be? Didn't see the 2 screws you included until after I was done, managed to strip a phillips bolt, and what took you 5 mins, took me an hour. Mostly because of that darn bolt. But end result was fortunately the same. 😂

I just installed mine on my 22' street twin. Absolutely love it. DEFINITELY pricey but seems to be well built and FAR brighter than stock

I got this setup on my 2018 and all I can say is I always have old heads asking what kinda bike that is and then see it’s a triumph and they just love the headlight look. Makes the bike looks like a cafe demon

Why do they need to be 1 3/4" from the bottom triple clamp? I've done this conversion on my 2014 speed triple and have the motodemic fly screen as well, the wind is just barely too low, and goes directly up my helmet. If I just so slightly tilt my head down it completely stops the buffeting at 70mph. My thought is if I raise the light another .5 inches (give or take) it would make a night and day difference on highway comfort. I have the classic flyscreen btw

There are several factors to consider when dealing with wind, especially on a naked bike. Have you tested the wind with and without the screen or with the screen at different angles? It is definitely not a one setting/size fits all situation. To answer your question as to why the kit is located on the forks where it is - It has to do with the location of where the fork rings make contact with the fork tubes. The non-R model has long tapered sections on the tork tube, that is why we use shims. Our suggested installation height was to get the camps in the correct location on the taper for the diameter of the fork ring. You can move the brackets up as far as you can as long as the fork rings are still are still clamping. If you run out of clamping, then you would need thicker shims.

Sorry, it will not work on an 1100. Forks are a different size.

The front position is not reused because it is not needed in most cases. See at 1:12, where it is disconnected and then tucked away. If you absolutely need front position functionality, you could wire in the positive lead from the sub-harness going to the stock light to the red wire.

@@motodemic I mounted a generic led one and the unique issue that I'm having is related to the handbar switches. The one I used for flashing the high light now turns on the high light while the one I used for turning on the high light turns off the headlight 😅

As far as our conversion fitment goes, a 660 is the same as the 675 or 765 models they were sold next to. With that said, It all depends on which headlights your bike has. Do your lights match the 13-16 675 or the 16-19 765?
