Great video! An advice for someone doing this job, when putting the solenoids with the new seals, if you can't put the solenoids in, don't do anything like trying to tighten the bolt of the solenoid to get it inside, you will destroy the thread in the head. Instead, put the seal in the hole and put the solenoid into it. Found the hard way, when I was already finishing my head rebuilt and had spent days putting everything back together carefully and thoughtfully and had lost my patience and pried the threads out. Pair that with the one-time use threads on this head, I even stopped torqueing down everything and just started putting things by hand feel lightly, I have a feeling that even the manual torque specs are a bit of an overkill, this engine material is godawfully too soft. Another advice, because now my bolt is spinning in one place, the way to fix this is, you cut the head of another bolt, tighten it in the hole with 2 counter tightened nuts, with some epoxy in the hole or whatever and start using a nut. So instead of a bolt, now you will be using a nut and a stud.

That's a good idea. I did struggle to get those bolts back in. You really had to seat the solenoids ALL THE WAY DOWN.
