Auto gearbox is fantastic. Run flat tyres are amazing if you breakdown beside the motorway - it won’t happen in runflats. Plus they are great on the road - hard but sporty ✊ Satnav is better on the phone and more up to date. Love my 2.0 Msport.

I thought the runflats had a habit of breaking the alloys cos of the harsh ride? Or is that only on the 19" wheels?

BMW are mean for not including some of those things as standard equipment e.g parking sensors and wind deflector and at same time some original owners were cheap skates for buying such an expensive car and then for a sake of a few hundred pounds failing add those essentials when they ordered the car!

Got all of them incl. heated steering wheel on my 2010 30i.. Very nice in winter.. :) I only miss 1 option I wish I knew about when looking for a E89 Z4 and that is lumbar support.. The sport seats are ok, but some extra support in the lower back would be nice..

I think you are currently happy with your run-flat tyres and 20i performance. If you decided to change your tyres for greater comfort and damping on bumpy roads, which tyres would you fit, please? While the iDrive with navigation looks cool, on a 12 year old or older car are you not worried about the replacement cost if it packs up? Not many of us keep a laptop or mobile that long as they break.

Parking sensors are pointless. When you have a continuous beep you’re still two feet from the obstruction. They are just annoying. Wind deflector more useful. IMO. Nice review though. I drive a must. Keeps the car up to date. Ish

With my Z4 I can connect iphone 11 only for phone, and not for audio. Whilep pairing, there is no checkbox audio to select too. You know why?
