I like it too. It is a throw back design of early BMWs if you haven't noticed. The grilles on bmw were very vertical but they became more and more horizontal in the generations. I like what they did, bold to change it up and it looks mean for sure.

When I first saw the concept, I wasn't convinced - the first-gen M4 was pure art; beautiful in every way...this seemed to be a drift from that philosophy somewhat. Having seen these setups though, I must say I totally understand...nothing will match the presence of these machines on the road. It's definitely a new pinnacle, and it's such a shame we didn't get to hear that sports exhaust!

BMW originally had a vertical kidney grill on the first BMW's ever made they changed overtime to the horizontal kidney grill design.

That second M3 with ‘all the m performance parts’ has to be the ultimate M3 ever made straight out of the factory and it looks incredible! Honestly some ppl are too focused on one part of the car that it makes them not appreciate the entire thing as a whole and honestly that bred colored M3 is a fucking beast! As an owner of the M3 Comp (F80), I like the new G80 front. It is different and I give BMW M thumbs up👍 for take a design risk. I recall every one hated the F80 design when it launched, now every one loves the F80 design. I am sure when all the haters actually see the new M3/M4 in person they'll be like "oops I was wrong." I cannot wait for the xDrive version that will have more power.

As a Two M4's Owner! I can confirm that the new M3 is so damn sexy! it is like from 2030 in terms of design and all interior! Thank you BMW M for keeping all the physical buttons in the central console! As for the M parts I think they will look equally good or not better on the M4!
