Such the dream bike of the 80's, still looks awesome today! Anyone who questions a man for wanting a day glow pink bike needs to check themselves...this is some radness! Great video and build! To bad the forks didn't also have the 990 mounts, my 1987 Haro Sport had them I'm pretty sure.

Great build. For me, these pink pro performer/pro fst are the holy grail of old Skool BMx bikes.

The 80s we're good times for BMX riders, it was the style back then. Today style is the Sony play station. Back then people played outside today they play inside! How time have changed!

@@kitvexed8229 since this post I bought like 7 more 🤣😂 GT, HARO, SCHWINN, even bought a Huffy Sigma.. nothing like these old school bmx bikes

@@GetMooreProductions yep I have a 22' performer heritage preordered for Oct.. I've always had mongooses, but I'm 6ft 180lbs it ain't easy riding an 18.5" bike lol.. the heritage/lineage bikes are bigger/better geometry with the old looks.. can't beat 'em if you're actually going to ride (which we do).God bless my brother, see you out there!

Looks amazing and like even better cause your riding it. Its funny how so many Lowrider guys share the same lifestyle/passions as each other. One thing I did catch is that the front mag is on reverse of the rear. Again looks great homie.

Yea its crazy how we all share the same passion. It boils down to making you feel young again . I need to swap the front wheel around .Thanks for watching .

I used to have one back in the day. Had some other classics too. But this is one of my faves. Got it off my cousin for one of the first discman's when they were new. The one's that practically skipped if you even looked at them 😂. Traded the bike to a friend about 4yrs later. And he sanded it down andnpainted it a pea green with no new stickers applied, smh..He actually still has it. And my old Redline RL20. Half tempted to get it back from him. And restore it. But I'm afraid to see what it'd cost to bring it back to it's OG appearance?! Pretty sure if I tried to frame stand these days, I'd kill myself 😂 Used to be able to turn corners and all kinds of shit while frame standing.

Awesome, I had the same bike back in the day, except mine was chrome frame with black bars and forks. Also Araya 48's rims instead of the GT 32's, I think.

Amazing GT bike, the color is great. But I have some comments, You spend a lot of money in paint and original parts, and put the worse replica GT stem, change that horrible stem. Then change the seat clam for the correct one and finally you can get the new repop gt shinko tires 20x1.75. And you bike will be much better.
@kevinrodriguez97013 жыл бұрын
Mid to late 87 gts did come with that style seat clamp, the early 87’s are the ones that came with a different seat clamp with the wings on the sides.
