Tip for the GoPro: flip the camera and the mount upside down, and then flip the footage in the settings. This allows you to angle the camera up more so it shows what's ahead, instead of just the frame.

Awesome to see the chest mount, but as you can see you basically only see the top tube. Best way to fix this is to flip the orientation of the GoPro in the settings and then mount it upside down.

I think the reason is to show the front tire,because this is the obstacle challenge and we need to see the front tire to know how the obstacle basically done,and its says that,that is POV camera and in the obstacle challenge like this,the point of view of the biker mostly focused on front tire,this just my opinion :D
