Not really as Butthead would constantly make fun of Axl Rose and I think this joke was aimed towards Axl and not the band. It shows what a smart show this really was, Beavis and Butthead would praise Axl Rose as being cool then make fun of how anyone could easily kick Axl's ass and how Axl really Sucks. As talented and cool Axl Rose was he was also an Ass and Sucked with his decisions and attitude at times. I really think this Joke was aimed more at Axl and not at Guns and Roses.

F- Sharp refers to the whole tone interval E - F# , the bedrock of grunge riffs which becomes unmistakable when trailing through the many forgotten acts skewers by BnB. It’s prevalence stems for the open E note of the the guitars bottom sting ( or top literally depending on now you look at it) and the perhaps justified accusation of one fingered untalented playing. Examples include Breed by Nirvana, An Ode To No one by Smashing Pumpkins, and almost all Rage against the Machine / Audioslave riffs such as Man or Animal, Guerrilla Radio and Fistful of Steel. Connie this with the “loped” drum pattern ( ONE and a TWO , a THREE , and a FOUR and ) and you have Generic 90s Grunge Riff to pair with the Kurt Vedder singer of your choosing

How many times do I have to say this? Guns N Roses suck. They're dirty, filthy, disgusting, they can't even catch a tune, they will never amount to anything and are responsible for the destruction of oldies stations that play Elvis, the Beatles, Martha and the vandellas, the Isley Brothers, the O'Jays, Ohio Players, all that s**t. What happened? EVery time I turn on the radio stations it's always Journey, the Red Hot Chili Peppers and all that crap. Way past a worst nightmare. personally i LOVE golden oldies rock and R&B and i hate that there are no 50s/60s stations left here. but i dont think guns n roses are the cause of that, my local classic rock stations that use to play that format all play grunge and 90s stuff now which i hate. but again its not those bands fault, the audience that likes that first wave rock and roll has drastically shrunk so those stations move on to whatever the nostalgia middle aged demographic of the time grew up with.
