It had been dirty so long it really didn’t smell bad to me. The realtor was definitely concerned about the smell. You would think the people would have been thrilled with the outcome. Not a word. Not so much as a good bye. The realtor sent me and paid. Perhaps they think this is how it turns out no matter who you hire. 🤮🤮

I tend to find that when urine stains the carpet it’s because the dog responsible was either a female or on medication. Female dogs have a much higher acidity in their urine which can move the color.
