No, Brooke is so right, and I am a personal trainer. If you feel like the weight is too much, a good trainer can and should respect that and not push you beyond your limits for a very beginner session. All that will do is scare people away from coming back.

agreed, i was very confused when i saw the negative comments. i genuinely do not see them as a couple or flirty and i rarely find connor to be as negative as people make him out to be. also, i know brooke talks about having anxiety and that sort of stuff, but she is a whole entire adult woman. we should respect her enough to say that she can handle her relationship with connor without needing input or even validation from thousands of strangers on the internet. it just gives me weird savior complex vibes like she’s incapable of sticking up for herself when we have literally seen her do it. it makes sense to stick up for her in some instances (like the episode w/Ben and emil) but not when you’re fabricating an issue that doesn’t even exist in the first place.
