This is the first match I'm watching from the twt this year and i gotta say just how damn good the game looks. I got to play a little at evo this year and was blown away then. The fighters all look so stylish, the hits feel impactful, the stages look beautiful, and of course the music again is bangers.

Hworang pokes were so effective during the entire match that it felt like king is too slow to even react. Also hwo's combos were dealing massive damage and the follow up were always connecting. At the same time amazing game, as always, by The John. At one point he almost had it. But this time his muscle armour didnt work that effectively against Edge and thats where i feel thr difference was.

​@@chrome1652 Well Hwoarang is one of those characters that's known as the "scrub killer" at a lower level, so that might be the reason. At a certain lvl, Hwoarang simply stops being as effective. That's why at higher lvl, rarely anyone touches Hwoarang because he's simply mid to good at best. I don't ever recall a pro player putting Hwoarang as an S tier(the "broken" tier) as an example. If a player wins in the current meta, it isn't because Hwoarang carried them. It's because the player using Hwoarang is skilled and making the right plays. This isn't me insulting you. The gap between us and pro players are simply that large and why you can also see it as a good sign for you to improve if you actually want to get good in Tekken.
