A coach may have a 8 man rotation, and only those right will play unless one of his guys gets injured, and then he has to replace him with someone off the bench. Case in point, when Jamal Murray got hurt, he had to play Monte Morris on the Nuggets. And Monte Morris is a good point guard and could start on most teams.

Apart from some injuries that held him back for a brief time, he was an Elite defender throughout the season, giving energy at crucial points , great on rebounds, a few blocks when you need him most.
