The thing about the COD engine's way of calculating fire rate is not through RPM, but "fire time." It's not how much rounds it shoots per minute, but how fast the next bullet will shoot out of the gun. The Type 25 may have a fire time of around 0.065, using the COD4 P90 as reference as it shoots 925RPM.

if you're looking for a class to recommend hard wired for, snipers are a good choice because knowledge of enemy movement is rather important in my experience. Slap a dual band on there it almost seems decent!

Hardwired is useful against cuav. And since hardly anyone uses hardwired, theres lots of cuavs. And its good to have a class with it incase u play a small map where someone keeps spamming emp grenades. Also, i use it when i use the mms
