Came here to say the same thing. Sort of doing a one video for class, and for weapons just covering what niche they fill. Then doing one to two videos for vehicles, one for ground, the other for air supports.

they make a lot, it was something like the third highest selling microtransaction at one point, I remember seeing it on the forums but the most is made from FIFA packs, they always stay near the number 1 spot.

87 weapons in BF3 and 12(14) pieces of equipment. Vehicles are a different beast as well, 43 of them.

From what I know, you can only run out of memory when you have a certain amount of guns on a map. Which is the reason they have a limit to MP weapons.

BF3 has about 20+ guns for each category which includes AR, carbines, PDW, LGM, snipers, shotguns, pistols, launchers, equipment so it would take a long time. :)

Mitch Hammond i thought the MSMC waz the besr cause since th maps r usually small to medium maps... and believe it or not the MSMC waz a medeium rage gun and the MSMC had lower recoil, highest damage SMG and had a longer range???

Yeah long barrel unfortunately only adds 10% range and RF decreases it between I think 15-30% (depending on the gun, I don't exactly know where the Vector lies). So long barrel definitely helps but the range loss is still pretty bad :(

i have an idea for you Stu. You should hold a poll and ask the viewers what weapons/attachments/etc they want to be reviewed and take the most popular ones and make your videos that way. Its unfair to tie you down for basically a whole year on one game. This will allow you to branch out and make videos for other games.

I think they should have incorporated a system where you can choose between ultramodern and classic weapons. Like in the single player. Maybe have the classic weapons focus on damage and ultramodern weapons focus on accuracy.

I don't know how he does it, but I personally press the thumbstick to make my character run and then instantly release it. That way you cancel the reload, don't have to wait for the weapon switch delay and you don't actually start running, so you instantly have your weapon ready. Hope that helps. :)

Trying to do BF3 weapon guides, including DLC weapons, would be some 65+ weapons. There are only 52 weeks a year. Probably would not work.

If you did end up doing Battlefield. A vehicle guide would be quite cool. Like if you did a guide on the tanks, jets, helicopters, and then the LAV's and transport vehicles. Something like that. A guide on the AC130 would also be quite cool. Just a suggestion if you are actually considering it.

I would greatly enjoy a video on Sniping in Battlefield 3, sniping is easier said than done, bullet drop is finicky, and an informative study would do wonders to the quality of snipers in the game. Well, those who see the video.

I agree with you opinion on EA that "it's their game and they can do what they want"... but this isn't just their game. It's their employees, people who spend long hours in the office, do extra hours, work on weekends, and some even SLEEP in the office to get a great product out, and then see their beloved work be a shitshow. If it happens, chances of more games, and better games, getting made, are probably gonna be higher. But if you're competing against Infinity Ward, it's pretty much just an instant win to whoever goes against Infinity Ward. But if Treyarch brought the rites, they could make the game better, by putting more time into it, and other companies wouldn't have to worry about their own game.
