Being a programmer who works from home, and plays video games and watches anime for fun, my outgoings are SUCH a small percentage of my income, but my emotions are nothing to do with that. When the KyoAni news broke, for instance, I went deeeep. Money can't buy happiness, but it's a lot harder to be happy when you're broke. Think I might raise some kids.

If you earn less than about $30K/yr in the US, money is a big deal to improving happiness. Between 30-90, more money usually helps a bit. And after that it doesn't do anything on average, because positive effects for some are offset by negative effects for others.

My friend and I built a similar deck in prep for a tournament on Saturday, it’s PRETTY strong. I’m having a hard time figuring out how to beat it. We built it specifically with esper control in mind. I even proxy’d the top placing decks, and after studying how they are piloted, STILL had a difficult time, instead of the Phoenix m, we went ahead and ran Bolas. That discard ETB is killer.

Yeah definitly i used to play very little magic in 2014, but cuz of day9 i started playing arena about 2 months ago and im hooked. I really reccomend it, you won't be able to make any meta decks for awhile, but now is the perfect time to get in because rotation is about to happen

Can someone explain to me how Kefnet did damage around 1:11:05. The player was protected from Blue by Veil of Summer, Protection from Blue means you cannot be damaged by blue, yet he still was hit for 4 by Kefnet. Is it a bug?

Veil of Summer gives hexproof from blue not protection.

Yeah, a lot of people don't seem to understand that. While most of the cards won't rotate out, many of the cards that make up the engine are. I'm hoping Eldraine comes with some helpful dual lands.

No legion warboss in the sideboard seems like a mistake, legion warboss is amazing against simic nexus, finishing 1 loyalty teferi and narset, and putting on early pressure against ramp deck. Also Chandra the awaken inferno seems too expensive, it got discarded by tomb bound lich more often then it actually get played.

What kind of person thinks legions end shouldnt have been printed. Good cheap removal when aggro has been the meta for over a year now is very necessary. There arent enough cards like legions end imo

1. Exiles a card. 2. Exiles any of said card in opponent’s hand or graveyard. 3. Shows you the opponents hand regardless of whether you exile any cards from their hand. You... wanna have another take at it? Seems a bit op to be doing THREE effects for 2 mana.

Aggro has been anywhere from 60-75% of the meta since innistrad, and this is an anti aggro removal card. And we can break down the mana cost of the card as well. Looking at an opponents hand is worth like half a mana. The removal part of the card is comparable to fatal push, which was one mana and one of the best removal cards in a long time. Then idk about your experience with exiling cards from hand but even if its not hitting a 2/2 zombie from field of the dead i rarely ever hit a card in their hand, since aggro decks are just vomiting out the 1 and 2 mana creatures anyways and end up with barely any cards in hand by the third turn. So no, i dont think its overpowered or crazy at all.
