I left the little metal ball sitting out in the sunlight and burned my hand picking it up once.. that's about all I remember of this game =\

🤣🤣🤣sorry for the pain. But I also chuckled because I thought about how everyone would lose the ball.

“Just crank that shit!” 😂 Also the version that I had growing up had two silver marbles instead of that big yellow one.

I used to play this with my backyard neighbors. There were 4 daughters (all of which babysat for us). Thank God! They set it up appropriately as you played...silver balls for the older version.

I remember this game so well. And yes I never played the game, I just cranked that shit. I could sit there for hours just watching the trap. Great memories from my youth. Thanks again james. You rock.

I remember having to board at school over a weekend. Choice of playing football with the other kids or sitting alone cranking this shit. I chose to crank, and as a mid-30s man with almost no friends I stand by that decision

Man. I had fun with this game for hours. I had a dream one night I was at Marine Boot Camp Basic Training, and I played this game with other recruits. The Senior Drill Instructor yelled and screamed: "WHAT THE SHIT ARE YOU DOING, PLAYING A GAME?!!!!!!!" I responded: "NO. We ARE CRANKING THAT SHIT, SIR!" I really miss this game AND that dream was super fun.

@OuterGalaxyLounge5 жыл бұрын
Yep. You came up with the truth bomb right away. No kid ever fucked around with the actual game.
@robertcherman3 жыл бұрын
I bet everyone had their only little problem with this game. The 3 different sets of this game I have played, after the marble would go down the squiggly line and hit the stick with the hand holding the next marble, that would fall in the tub, wouldn't work all the time. That became part of the game play. You had one chance to crank the wheel, and if any of the trap messed up, or your mouse was not in the cage, you didn't get another turn. The trap had to work, and actually catch the mouse. I have newer version now, and it has the same exact pieces, but the new newer ones, are similar but way different.
