We have a Builder still holding 3 seats on our HOA Board. They don't share financials often and we all worry about the "reserves" because we have a "due from Declarant" of a large size. The neighbors want me to talk to them about the issue. So, at my second board meeting I did. The President and Management company said not to be so concerned about the large sum due because they are working out a repayment plan yet I have no specifics and it has been several months.
