Great explanations until how Officers are appointed. My understanding is that the board of directors appoint officers who may or may not need to be a director. Would you go into more detail as to how a director turns into an officer?

Just a comment to the creators of this series: The background music should be just a bit lower as the sound interferes ... basically: the speaker and the music are competing for the audience's attention, and I am more interested in the content.
