On this channel you will hear real unbiased reports untainted by private interests or political parties.
The H.A.R.T. project is the $10 Billion public works project that will provide a rail system that goes from Ala Moana to East Kapolei. It's part of the ushering of the new sustainable, green lifestyle that is being pushed by the U.N. and other globalist organizations. Funding for the project was secured in 2005- making it almost 20 years old with only a few stops in service. Some problems with the H.A.R.T. project include:
Low ridership- costing tax payers over $70 per ride
High level resignations which halt the projects development
Now the projects CEO; Lori Kahikina is at odds with another board member and its looking like she will no longer be with the project starting next year.
Soon to come- bribes and corruption among politicians associated with the project is coming to light!

Aloha Tracie. I stumbled across your work here. THANK YOU!!! The level of corruption, mismanagement, and waste of money associated with this disaster is colossal. Money used to construct this massive ill-advised project, could have been used in so many other useful purposes. Instead, we have a project that stumbles around. Thousands of dollars a day are circling down the drain of waste, and mismanagement. Officials associated with this project's failures need to be made accountable. Thank you for your continued efforts!

@gsn794
@gsn794 2 ай бұрын
@@michaelvasquez1033 Not even in the same galaxy. At 15.3 miles and $1.3 billion, the H3 cost $16,092 per foot, and the feds paid for 90% because it was a federal project. At 18.9 miles and a total cost of $9.933 billion per hart’s 6/2022 “recovery” plan, our rail fail will cost $99,792 per foot. At their $1.55 billion contribution per the full funding grant agreement, the feds will be paying for 15.6% of the rail. The rail cost will more than 6.2 times as much per foot compared to the H3.

When the Rail was just getting going and there was so much back and forth from our Legislatures, I told Rick Hamada live on the air, it should be a requirement that all Hawaii politicians based here on Oahu, for the first year of the Rail in full operation, MUST leave their vehicles at home, tires removed, up on blocks, and be forced to ride the Rail to and from work every day....He loved the idea!

Mahalo for the reporting on Ms. Hanabusa. Senator Dan was high on her as his replacement in the US Senate when he retired. I have a real itch to find out why he was so high on her. I even was supporting her back when she ran vs. Mr. Ike. I watched their debate and she never challenged the Governor? She looked not up for the debate too me! So we got stuck with Mr. Ike again. Look at Hawai'i now after Ike/Green administration! And it was not covid that did all the damage?! It was their inaction on just about every problem area in Hawai'i at that time! With Green its worse now! I almost became homeless! I had to quit working and take care of my Auntie who was suffering from dementia( which I found out now is curable as is alzeimer's( my MOM died of in 2014) and just about any illness). I tried to get help from our State but got no help. I eventually got sick (Luekemia-pnuemonia)and was in a coma for 5 months on a respirator! I recovered and Awakened to much truth. I eventually saw that the dems were the problem! I am independent as far as voting now! And I must say Mahalo again Traci to you for exposing a lot on your channel! I heard about the book you were doing with the other 2 ladies-I hope you do your own book someday! I will buy and share! Mahalo and Aloha!❤️❤️🤙🤙

But those in charge figure no one will really challenge them in Hawai'i! I have lived here 57 years(since Oct. 1966) and back then is when the Dems started to rise in Hawai'i politics! Most on Oahu were into politics! They voted we got Frank Fasi! Now we only have historic corruption and politicians that are pretty bad. Not all but many. I can understand the apathy! Again Mahalo for your hard work and posts! You will be remembered for it now and especially after disclosure!

At 10:16, thanks for the donations linked to contractors, that tells a big part of the story on the corruption in Hawaii as the politicians and contractors get rich and the little people suck wind. I've seen a 12.45 billion dollar price tag quoted. Panos D. Prevedouros, a UH professor of civil engineering warned against the rail, saying that improving the roads and the bus system were the way to go. But noooooooo, the corrupt politicians though they knew better and they didn't want to listen to the top civil engineer in Hawaii. That's why Honolulu has the same crappy roads and the bus system is not getting better. The Middle St. Dillingham Blvd to Ala Moana corridor will be a full scale disaster.

Look at where this money is going regardless of the state of the project. As someone with decades experience with behavioral science I could tell Honobusa was putting on a show and probably has big $$ coming her way out of funds from the rail project. She was clearly attacking the CEO and using her as someone to pin the blame for project problems on, which is intended to deflect from whatever shady stuff she's doing to receive $$ from this rail project. I'm guessing there's more funds to be had if this project fails. This is a pattern with politicians here in Hawaii. They get funds for projects, drag out the projects, fail the projects, and then no one pays attention to where the pre-allocated big bucks have disappeared to. A failed project would have way more money left over compared to a completed one, which may even need additional funding and can only be determined as more work is done towards completion. Chum the waters and toss these politicians in. That's how you save money and solve problems.

Colleen Hanabusa needs to step down. Can't have a tone like that in a meeting. Creating hostile work environment. And as for the Rail. It's a waste Hawaii People Tax's money. Traffic is still the same AM and PM heavy Traffic. Rail is empty each time period. This reminds me of the inter-island Ferry that they put out in the early 70's. They later shut it down. Another waste of money. Put the money on improving the roads such as in Kalihi and Dillingham and to the Homeless. How many politicians got bribed to approved this rail system? I was born and raised on Oahu. Though I left due job opportunity since 1980. I still came back to visit my family in Kapolei, Ewa, Kalihi and Aiea. The island has changed a lot. These Politician has destroyed once a beautiful Island. Hawaii is not the mainland. The island doesn't have the size to have a Rail system. Projects like this is not to benefit the people but the Politician's pocket. This too will be scraped in the future. Another waste of money at the people expense.

The original Full Funding Grant Agreement with the FTA signed on 12/19/2012 specified that the full 20 miles from Kapolei to Ala Moana be complete and in full time revenue operation by 1/31/2020. The final Environmental Impact Statement stated that in 2030, after 10 years of full time operation of the full 20 miles route 🤣🤣🤣, daily car trips would be reduced by 48,000 per day. Unfortunately, it also estimates that there will be a total of 2.8 million car trips per day by 2030. 48,000 / 2,800,000 = .017, or a whopping 1.7% improvement in traffic. Somehow I don’t think that taking 17 out of every 1000 cars off the road will even be noticeable.

Logically, was over blown, emotion are a wave,Lara isn’t in danger of losing her job, cause she had nate renew nam 500 m. Contract bid that was signed in the hope of saving money. That was the 9.5 b. Was a mistake cause inflation started end of last yr, so naturally their nam new bid will be way over, had it lock in, thing is Nate can’t be replaced, from the former bid experience he could hold it as low as possible, beside huge more cost, all electrical parts are a long wait reservation, and that wait can’t be priced way ahead . As company will put an excess charge on it, but both the higher price and long wait to get that price isn’t what the fta wants. LOL but they got no choice. Problems were that money coming from. But why not. Extend the GET. Tax? hart don’t want that to end anyway.
