I watch Game Night to find new games to buy. I have 62 in my collection right now. I bought this one some time ago and taught it to the young children I work with. They love it! Thanks Game Night Team. I love how you explain the game, then play it while discussing moves. This is the best way to learn how to play a game.

Might I suggest, for future games that have an expanding, unpredictable spatial layout, an additional thin mat to go beneath everything that could be slid around when camerawork or space become problematic? Love this group!

Nikki didn't speak up when the others said that they haven't been in jail, and then Lincoln side-eyed her. Oh Nikki, what have you done? ;)

Have a board game group of kids at school. Limited on time sometimes so this looked great. First game I've bought as I was watching the play.

Two comments: It's fun when Dave is freed from the teaching role. He's a hoot. And I wonder how many time someone said, "These are terrible." Another game I decided to buy after watching your video.

I even play this game with my father, but sometimes we think this game needs some jokers or extra stop cards, cause if you have nothing else than too many branched cards in the beginning, it is difficult to close the tunnels. of course, if you are luck and get good cards, it is not necessary. it's just for the case newbies who play it only once to show them only once what the final objective is of the game, or a beginners version. most of these people play games that always have an end, and everyone has a chance. Of course we also play it with people who often play this game, and than we can always improve our skills, that's different. :)

Could be great playing in Two Opposing teams with 2 separate Bandido Cards but with One single Draw Pile and one turn per team, the first one to capture bandido wins.

This is a great little game that plays well with all player counts - so pleased to see it on Game Night! Helvetiq are producing some fantastic, affordable small-box games - I've enjoyed Kartel and Kariba too - both by Reiner Knizia, funnily enough...

I could see a house rule of taking four aces and any other card and deal them randomly for a four player game. If you don't have an ace, then you are "on the take" and play your cards to help with the escape. Since there are five cards, there is a chance that no one is a traitor, even though the other players think one exists. I suggest this for a four player game since using it for a one player game sounds stupid (even though Weird Al dared you to) and it might make a two or three player impossible.

51:00 What?? According to the rules.. the only thing you can't do is showing your cards to other players. To tell them don't play somewhere because you want to play a card there is totally fine to do (like in The Game).

I monitor the recorded audio for problems. It sucks to wear them but it helps catch problems during recording and helps prevent the audio from spoiling a show. Thanks for the note and for watching.

I think there’s too many cards that terminate the tunnel (there’s 20). I beat the game the first three times I played it using only 10-15 cards each game.

@boardgamegeek

Probably not. You really need to have another player picking the terrible cards they have and placing it where the can. It might not be too fulfilling if you just flipped cards for a “second” player. Though it might be enjoyable from a puzzle aspect. -Lincoln

The problem with this game: 1. Too many pattern that no one can no is it possible to be close. 2. Guessing and hoping someone else can fix something is quite bad for a game
