I'm so glad you found us! So we love that Marriott, the location is right across from the beach and a short driving distance to everything. They also have complimentary parking if you're driving. Definitely look into that one! I believe I listed the address in the description box.

Hey, you guys I have a question I see in the video is that something that they do on a regular selling whole bottles of alcohol? And if so, are you allowed to consume them on the boat in your room or is it just a deal for when you port back to Galveston, I'm trying to outweigh the pros and cons of getting this drink package. Hi @@jackiesneed17 ! Thank you for checking our video out, we appreciate you 😊 So the deal is pretty much just for you to purchase them on the first day. They will hold on to it until the last night of the cruise and then drop them off in the cabin for you. In regards to the drink package I always say get it for the pure convenience of not getting that bill at the end of the cruise if your budget allows it. I drink about 3-5 mimosas for breakfast, I don't know if its me or the champagne flute is on the smaller side 😂 but if your budget allows it I say go for it. It'll include your good coffees in the morning and Gatorade and waters etc ..besides your alcoholic stuff. The package price is definitely priced at more than it should be but I get it just for the convenience of it. It's one less thing you have to worry about.

@@shuyiyan1482 so when we get on the actual ship we put our phone in airplane mode and use the ship wifi for the royal Caribbean app. We don't pay for the wifi because we don't need the Internet when we cruise, we're always together so we don't need to communicate with each other over the phone. We just stay on The ship's general wifi which just gives you access to the royal Caribbean app so that you can see the daily activities, menus and shows etc... as for the roaming it'll all depend on your phone company. We always put ours in airplane mode so that we don't end up with a surprise bill with our phone company. A lot of people buy the Internet package to stay in touch while they are are sea or to work etc ... We never bought it because we realized we actually didn't need to keep up with anything on land while on vacation.

Hi Bobkatbry, so if you purchase the bottles at any point during your cruise they will bring it to the cabin the night before you leave the cruise.

Whenever we weren't watching the shows we were on the hunt for food 🤣 If you sail on Mariner and if she's still there, make sure you catch the Whitney Houston Tribute by Stephani Parker, it was so Good! The ice show was alright. We pretty much used this cruise to relax and walk around, eat, and drink. When we did Harmony of the seas they had a lot more entertainment compared to Mariner. Are you going on Mariner soon?

Hi Zikisbirdbuddies1495, So The parking itself is from the port of Galveston in the North Lot. When you're reserving it on the Port of Galveston website it will allow you to add a promo code. The one I used for our sailing is expired. There is now a new one for $20.00 off the total price and that code is Alexthecruiser24 which will expire on 6/30/2024.

Hi Jackiesneed17, We always use our passport for any travel but we know someone who just used their birth certificate when they went on a cruise. I would say call up the cruise line just to be 100% sure.

Hi Yvonnetru3885, on this sailing I believe our check in time was 1130am. Usually I'll stay up for when check in time opens up and try to get the earliest time. The earliest we ever got one time was 1030am.

@yvonnetru3885 that's a perfect time! You're gonna pretty much get a whole day on the 1st day. We like boarding early for that reason. You get a lot of time to walk around, eat and explore when you board before 12pm
