Already got a replacement unit from boat. That also stopped working. its a low quality headset. . Using a philips Bluetooth headset for last 6 years without any issue.

Bro, I just bought a new Boat 225 bass headset and now suddenly my left side of earphone is not working and if i just twist somewhere near the jack its starts working still with some sort of uneasiness in bass quality..Now a situation has reached that I can make it work only by continuosly pressing my hand against the jack .Is there any solution.I still have one year warranty card with me.

Not all the same wire in all earphone if you wanted to repair earphone jack, you should know which wire is left spk+, right spk+, mic+ and last is Gnd-, in every earphone hav 4 maine wire

Go to boat website and click on support, click register a complaint, it will ask have you registered the product. I'm assuming you haven't so click on no and in the new page fill up your info, select the wired headphone/earphone and select your model, describe your problem. Upload invoice and enter pickup address. Just be sure that your earphones don't have any wear/tear cause that is not covered in warranty. Also pack your earphones well for pickup because boat doesn't take responsibility if your product gets damaged in transport. I have replaced my boat data cable 2 times. They respond to you by email or sms in 1 or 2 days after the complaint and arrange pickup after that.
