Yup I noticed that right away. Most life long boaters would. What's up with it...is the dude wanted the LED strips and got them mixed up. Looks like the original nav light is still on the boat. Should have been easy to copy the proper orientation when install the new lights. Unless the lens of the old light is in backwards too. LOL

I remember SeaTow starting years ago. These guys are great, but how do they get paid? Do they scan the CC before hooking up or after? What happens if someone does not want to pay?

Very good questions. We really have not asked about the business side of things. I think it's mostly insurance based.

It's a very large franchise, and payment is made at the time of service, cash, credit card or insurance, from the minute they leave the dock, to return. Just like a tow truck company, you aren't getting your property back until payment is made. They also have memberships like AAA, starting for under 200 dollars.

Sea Tow is a membership service cost is $179 per year otherwise if you don’t have a membership I think they charge $250 to show up and $200 per hour after that

That large yacht had a dangerous situation. NEVER stand directly in line when it is under a strain. If the line parts it will spring back with a lot of force and injuries can result! The fast rresponder should know better and have the people move from the bow.

I’m no boat expert, but would I be right in thinking some of these boats are massively over loaded with people, I guess the rules for boats are virtually none existent or impossible to enforce? If I put 10 people in my car which designed to carry 5 I just wouldn’t get away with it.
