Many of you already know we are always looking for new locations to bring you the yachting lifestyle from South Florida, Our weeks always start on Haulover Beach Inlet as I live close to it. The Miami River and Key Biscayne are other locations we visit regularly. Looking at the build structure and materials, I’m thinking 250k + motor and drive. Motor and drive might be salvageable, depending on when the power was cut off. Excellent video of the nitty-gritty of boat recovery and team work making it happen. The boss has done this before, more than once.

@@BOATSNAPS They are safe in the sense they aren't dead. The canopy was stuck shut and one of the guys was out cold with his broken leg pinned under the crushed dash and steering column. It took three guys to drag him out through that big hole in the deck. It does not sound like a pleasant way to disembark.

Good job. I know you are pros but when you're tied to a sinking boat and changing boats in the middle of the stream you might consider life jackets. Inflatables or standard would send a good message to the viewers. Even on a regular tow a snapped towline could knock you out and fling you overboard. I remember yanking a stump once. Good thing nobody was standing in the way. Even when I winch I wince ,stand to the side and shield my face. I've been saved by the tow boat more than once. Amazing power,safe, professional and put me right on the trailer. Thanks You're like Superheroes coming to the rescue! Wherever a call goes out,rain,snow dark of night. Get tow insurance it's peace of mind.

Back in the day in the Bahamas, there was a dedicated boat that went out and rescued inexperienced sailors of small rented sailboats if they seemed to be in trouble or they didn’t return on time. The rescue boat was named “Idiot Retriever.” Perfect.
