Yes you burn more while pregnant weirdest thing ever but it’s not so much how high the spf is 30 or 50 would be fine just like babies you have to reapply every hour or after getting wet and towel drying off even if it’s waterproof. I was nanny for years and found this out the hard way. The little one I nannied for got fried and I didn’t know why I was applying sunscreen often/ but it was because he was in and out of the pool and even with waterproof sunscreen when you dry off you are wiping some of it away. They were ones who asked a doc what to do because he was so fair skinned and of course I felt awful- and they told them apply every hour and after towel drying spf 30 or higher and replace every year
