Boating for Poutine on Lake Timiskaming, Northern Ontario | PowerBoat TV

Way up the Ottawa River is a somewhat lesser known body of water called Lake Timiskaming. Stretching for over 100 km, this is a lake perfect for cruising, with marinas, hotels and restaurants galore. It's also right on the border of Quebec and Ontario, so we figured it was the perfect place to see which province makes a better poutine!
Loaded up in a Bayliner DX2000 outboard deck boat, Drew sets off from the town of Temiskaming Shores to taste the cheesy treat from both sides of the lake to see whose poutine reigns supreme. Along the way, we stop to explore Haileybury, Devil's Rock and La Bannik Resort and Campground, all accessible by boat!

Should’ve stopped at Le Roi de la Patate in Notre Dame du Nord! It has some of the best poutine ever and the staff is wonderful!

Nova Scotia has the best Pizza and poutine. A restaurant in Pictou County called Acropole i am a huge Poutine fan and pizza fan and nowhere can match Nova Scotia i have a cottage in Temiscaming QC and the poutine I've tried is horrible so it depend where in Quebec
