Josh I know you're new to the interviewing thing but for christ's sake let the guest speak when they are speaking. You don't need to make witty remarks after every other sentence and you CONSTANTLY talk over them to make those jokes.

Josh you are not a great interviewer, no offense. Joking around, talking over the guest, putting words into his mouth, even just as a jest - makes the interview stressful for the guest and exact opposites why great interviewers do. The main thing to do as let the guest speak freerly and ask them questions with genuine interest

This clip is peak "interact with chat" brain rot. Parts of this interview are handled really well, but there are parts where you can tell he's out of practice when his brain defaults to entertaining, and this clip is a strong example of the latter. He's clearly enthusiastic about the interview, but if Johnathan wasn't such a pro, it'd feel more like a morning talk show guest than a late night interview.

He sometimes does accidentally speak over the guest, but he does give them time to talk soon afterwards. It feels like a candid conversation in the interactions, and Jonathon didn't avoid being candid. If he was a professional stiff like something out of 60 Minutes or something, then I'd say it's lacking.

i think he was more referencing the fact that in games like skyrim or starfield their are lots of items that serve literally no purpose and are just their to pad things out. In poe, while most stuff you wont want to pick up, the reality is is that every piece of loot has the potential to be an insane item, or at least a useful one. And even if the item drops as a white item, bc of how poe crafting works you can make almost any white item into something amazing if you know what your doing

@@warcheddar4163 I have 620 hours in. I started 3.23 and played up to almost 2 weeks from the 3.24 launch. Although I feel like I've done some decent stuff when it comes to essence crafting and was blight farming most of the league, I have honestly barely scratched the surface crafting... It's impossible to know everything beyond the 1 class that I did play (Casual Dan's minion army) although that was extremely fun. It's a lot of research and I feel like I probably won't truely understand crafting for another 3,000 hours O.o
