Bayliners were subpar 40 years ago. They are onpar with other brands now. " hatch opening showing bayliner quality" . hatches open with all brands. I've had a bayliner element for 6 years, zero issues.

Haulover has some rules.#1, nobody in the bow if at all possible,#2 trim up to keep the bow high,#3- most importantly, know your limitations as a boat handler and the boat itself! #4 some day and times, just don't do it...
