Renault didn't avoid the American market; the American market avoided Renault. They were really crappy cars. Low quality, quite unreliable like every European car, but without the cachet of Mercedes. So yeah, they didn't do well.

I wouldn't be surprised if the keys are all the same and there's someone behind the scenes triggering the wins. They know which key he picks and which he's using so they can just script the right response when he turns.

It was posted on another video by a TPIR insider that the keys have magnets in the ends, one key has one (prize 1) one key has 2 in two of the three spots middle and one of the ends(prize 2), one key has two spots both ends (the car) and one key has all three (master key) and the dud key has no magnets. There are no external markings, and all of them are weighted so you can't tell by weight.
