Lighthearted fact for Mike: when I had a 9-5 job my cat would greet me at the door every evening by hollering until I picked him up and gave him kisses on his lil nose ❤
@shadodragonette7 ай бұрын
Lighthearted fact for you: many years ago (in the early 80's), my family had a cat named "Fleas". It's a long story, but if you ask I will tell. For now, what I am trying to tell you is that Fleas would escort us to the bus stop (about 1/4 mile), then meet the bus after school to escort us home. Even in really heavy snow. It did mess up her day if we had the rare short day, but she would mostly be there. NOW: my friend has 2 cats that are really friendly, even with his dogs and my dog. Some cats are mind-bending. Never forget yours!

About 30 years ago, in my early 20's, & an active addict, a young woman I knew told me that her grandfather, who had raised her, had been a dr, & he was already passed on, but out in the barn were all the drug samples he'd ever been given. And literally, the day before she told me that, I had stepped out of my apt on Main Street, & there on the sidewalk, was a nurse's guide for medications, fill of pictures & information. With that guide, I figured we could go through all the drugs, figure out what they were, & have fun. We came back with so many different pills, some that had been popular in the 70's & were no longer even made. We were not aware that medications that are too old can sometimes become dangerous, so I don't recommend what we did, but we found ones that we could identify the effects, but there was some we couldn't, & some we weren't sure what we'd experience. A "positive" example of that was the antipsychotics, & I was using a LOT of speed in those days, so I'd be insanely high for a few weeks & when I ran out, if I couldn't get more, I'd take a single pill & sleep for like 36 hours, & feel no withdrawal. I can't imagine how horrific it would be to be tortured in that state.

Yes, same here. I avoid it and the cannibal ones, but when I run out of ghosts and mutiny, paranormal and alien stuff I have such a Mike and Keith addiction, I end up listening to the sick human monster stories, and it takes awhile. I actually tried this one 4 times but even Mike and Keith were doing disclaimers before the telling. On my 5th attempt to listen, I ended up squeezing my eyes shut and gritting my teeth and giving it a goooo. Now, I feel a Lil sick in my tummy and cant eat dinner. I think I will go play with my puppy for awhile and try to forget what I just heard.

notes from my childhood: in houston, texas around 50 years ago, Dean Allen Corll and Elmer Wayne Henley tortured and murdered i think around 30 young men. they would likely not have been caught at all had Henly not shot and killed Corll and called the cops. i may have spelled Corll's name wrong. around that time many, many more young women around houston disappeared and were found dead or were never seen again. The Texas Killikg Fields was a movie made about that.

The pets usually go to a local shelter. Once they give up their rights, they adopt them out. Since there are no changes, they probably agreed to adoptions. If not, they go through a court case to get pets rights removed. It usually moves much faster than everything else bc the burden of proof is so low.
