For something that was "experimental" for Bill and Bob - in that they were trying out different things to hear what sounded right to them - that song is so good it holds up to this day. Thank you, Bob, for taking the time to do the interview.

So glad to see this interview! I've always thought this record had phenomenal production value. And as a bassist, I can tell you that the bass part, rhythmic and yet fluid, really drives the song...just fantastic. BTW, Cowsills should be inducted into the Rock and Roll hall of fame..just sayin...

Watching various Cowsill performances on KZbin, I've especially enjoyed the moments where they briefly talk about the history behind many of their songs; this in-depth interview on "Hair" was fascinating. I've love it if he did more of these types of interviews, or did ones that were interactive - I have so many questions about songs they've recorded, and songs he's written I would love to ask him. Thank you so much for posting this.

That was fascinating. And I'm started working in radio production early enough to understand the talk about generation loss. :-) Pulling together a production like that was no small feat.
