I wonder if this is the same tour where after Minneapolis he played at the hockey arena in Duluth, MN. I don't remember exactly the year but he was dressed just like in this video and the same band. When Bob came on the stage he looked straight at me standing about 100 ft away and smiled. In '99 he came with Paul Simon and played at the "Bayfront" stage in Duluth and it cost $25 because Bob wanted to give all a break in the price. I talked to some at the 1999 concert, a couple that had followed his tour in Europe and were following him all over the USA too. They said in Las Vegas tickets were, if I recall correctly, $150! This couple was dressed in expensive black leather biker outfits and looked independently wealthy. Great concerts! At the hockey arena concert I was waiting with several guys from Ireland. They had very little money. All of them worked at a golf course and just saved up to follow a lot of Bob's US tour.
