Bob Geldof was a successful musician and songwriter when images of famine spurred him into activism. He tells CNBC's Tania Bryer at the One Young World summit about his childhood influences that set him on his journey.

He's not, he condemned it when it started, during the concert in Zagreb he dedicated I Don't Like Mondays to Palestinian mothers and children

@@arkhamguard6479 Listen, Geldolf has shown his support for Israel over the years. He and people like him are the reason we have reached this stage. In 2011 he was asked not to travel to Israel, to show support for Palestine. He totally ignored that request, he received a BGU award. He gave a speech calling on artist not to isolate Israel over PRETTY SQUABLES. He could be on every news channel exposing the crimes of Israel. he is not. He has access to world leaders, he hasn't called on them to bring about a ceasefire. Geldolf always sides with the aggressor. He did the same in Ireland siding with British occupiers over those who opposed them. He is a parasite.

@@donalkinsella4380 I don't know what to tell you. All I've heard of him, he supports Palestine, and I've been following him and watching every video I could find. People can change, he probably didn't know THAT much about Israel in the past, now he knows, also, his daughter supports Palestine, you don't know sh*t mate

@@arkhamguard6479 Show me the news clips, the videos, the rallies he has attended. He gave back his freedom of Dublin City award for some nonsensical reason. He hasn't give back his British knighthood over the weapons of mass destruction scam, or returned his BGU award from Israel. He is pro Israel.
