Thats a misinterpretation...he's allowed to have allowance, but not a whole credit card ay 15yrs while he doesn't work. If he's allowed to be a doctor, why would he not have money??

Lol how can you be there and talked about but can’t speak…. I remember how I use to stand for hours when my parents talk about me till they sleep…. You always have to walk yourself out of to the room(carefully) not to wake them… you don’t want some renewed hours of talking lol

To me Abishola isn't treating her husband like a real Nigeria wife should, she's not so submissive and most times jst talks to him and act anyhow to him. I think she takes it from her mother, like if we get to hear her father side of d story🤷♀️ I think our African ladies wen we end up marrying white guy's we do to them, what our men won't tolerate.. It's good she married bob, cause chukuemeka mom won't ave tolerate such disrespect and it will lead to her second divorce

I'm not a fan of Abishola's controlling nature. Men are not stupid Abishola.

Same here, it's actually common among our ladies when dey end up with white guy's.. They will keep getting divorced if they trying marrying our black men

Its unfortunate that they removed the entire cast except for Abishola and Bob for the next and last season. They preemptively canceled this show. It brought in millions for the network, but, they stuck to the formula that networks have used for decades, which is to create sit com content centered around black culture, then, cancel the shows after they secure the time slot and money, and put white content in its place. Two great examples are 'Living Single', and, 'Half & Half'. Its unfortunate, but, the more we are told that things change related to equity, the worse they really are. This show is a wonder - hopefully another network will be allowed to move forward with it, with the full cast reinstated. The network revealed that Bob Hearts Abishola will also end following its upcoming fifth season. Nov 29, 2023

Honestly it has nothing to do with black or white culture, but maximizing profit. They do it to " white" series all the time. The longer a series run the more you have to pay the actors and less people are watching, so while yes a show might be sucessful and bring in money, canceling it and starting with something new might make more money. Only a few shows bring in so much money that they run longer. And 5 seasons are a good run.

@@adamryan977 Please take a minute and put what I shared into google. You will see that I outlined the actual plan networks like UPN, Paramount, and others used. I don't understand how one demographic 'can't believe' the actual nefarious atrocities they concoct. Slavery was real. Apartheid was real. Palestinian genocide is happening. The Tuskegee Experiment was real. This is not made up. The networks, including CBS, actually do use this formula.
