@@FusilliJerryBass sorry Jerry. Definitely wasn’t meant as a bash. More geared towards useful feedback. I think most people experience KZbin via a smart phone. Perhaps you can adjust some audio settings in post production to highlight the bass as you intended.

I understand it wasn't a bash. I was just messing around with my reply. Sorry about that. After that snarky reply I feel I should give you and everyone with this issue an explanation. I try and make an effort to keep the bass in the forefront of the mix with most of the videos. You're right, many people watch these on their phone which is also why I try and keep the notation as big as possible on screen. But, not everyone uses their phone. So I need to compromise. There's a fine line I need to walk when I determine how the bass is going to sound in the video. Please understand that if I boost the bass to a level that's easily audible through the tiny speaker of an iPhone it will sound disturbingly boomy on larger speakers. So I need to meet everyone in the middle. You said it yourself, "the mono tweeter that is my iPhone." It's not really designed for accurate bass. And, again, if I boost it too much the tone trolls will come out of the woodwork and start jawing about how my bass sounds bad. There are things an "end-user" such as yourself can do to enhance it through sound processing apps, wearing headphones, bluetooth speaker etc. So, I hope that clears that up. Thanks for watching.
