It's worth reading Cedella's book which has her memories of Norval as well as the book Before The Legend which has some interviews with Norval's other kids. He was Jamaican, (at least as much as Chris Blackwell was) but Bob barely knew him and just assumed he was English. He didn't outright abandon Bob but he wanted to take him away from Cedella and cut her out of his life due to pressure from his family, and she didn't want that. Plus Norval was seeing other women. I've heard it said that Norval actually did have some black ancestry, if his ancestors were involved in the slave trade it wasn't uncommon. Norval's other kids were upset that they never really got to know Bob, as the adults in their lives basically cut him off and refused to help him. It's lucky that Cedella was such a driven person and helped Bob on his path to success.

Bob Marley was happy because his was living in this fallen world therefore his life was sinful as he had multiple affairs outside of his marriage. People don't seem to understand this is wrong! That is interesting. I recognise the type of character of Mr. Marley. Norval Marley. Actually there's a place near here in Devon, England. British Isles off Western Europe. A place called Marley tunnel , in Devon . I was working there. Marley tunnel is a Railroad tunnel , under Marley Head , I think it's called. A place near South Brent, on The River Avon. The same river , that my mother drank from ! My mother also, ended up in The Caribbean , in yhe 70s. Around here, nearby. So they were doing okay financially ! So, maybe he, is similar to Norval Marley ? I don't think there can be many people like Bob Marley. Bob's mum, has a look. I am, not that familiar with .
