@Tomtative 0:57 if.you notice, this is the 4th repeat of the motif from before it (starts around 0:49). Except this time, and only this time, the entire sequence is shifted by one 16th note which gives it this imbalanced feeling. That imbalance is unexpected and clever. Thus interesting. 16th notes are just half as long as 8th notes, which is what the entire sequence is made of

This whole channel is just criminally under-subscribed. With the level of effort that Charlie puts into every single arrangement, alongside the sheer cost of booking such studio time, videographer time, animator time, as well as the involvement of so many brilliant instrumentalists, this is something I'd expect to see from an outright game publisher, not as a passion project. It's just so absolutely incredible to live in a world where something as beautiful as all of these covers exists. I'm super exicited to see what Charlie and the rest of the 8BBB have in store for 2022.
