This is a short that genuinely made me feel good here at the end of the day. I don’t smile much but that changed and it felt like a breath of fresh air. Bob was perfectly cast as were all the actors. PS. Everyone knows not to try to wrestle a bottle of wine back after an old drunk accosts you on the street. That was the only squeak that was screaming for an oil change.
@-svet-ka-7 ай бұрын
I think if Bob showed his face to Julia she wouldn't call the police. Even without knowing that he was a famous DJ. But not seeing his face made her super uncomfortable. This shows how much we humans have evolved to rely on seeing the face of the person we interact with - the closer we interact, the more we need to see their face. This is because we try to predict person's behaviour by reading their reactions, we try to judge how much we can trust them, and when we cannot see the face we freak out.

What you say is Fair BUT completly doesnt take into account that she jumped to saying 'Hes OBVIOUSLY mentally ill' That line did her innn
@-svet-ka-6 ай бұрын
@@slevinchannel7589 She was in her home, she wanted to feel safe in her own house. To be completely honest, he did behave a little eccentric, he showed disrespect to their space by going on tour around the house and playing piano without asking their permission - to many people this is very uncomfortable. So, she freaked out because not seeing his face made her feel vulnerable and she got nervous and protective of herself and her house the only way she knew how. We all think of people, whose behaviour is very different from ours, that they are mad, no matter if it is true or not - this is our perception. Especially when their behaviour is unpredictable.

This is a refreshing change of pace. Honestly, I felt that the last 2 or 3 Omeleto shorts I watched were subpar, but this was good and felt (mostly) real despite the absurdity of a guy walking around in a SpongeBob suit. Would love to know how much of this short represents the actual events it's based on.
