"He did it for free". Well... Bob Ross never recieved a penny for his television show ‘The Joy of Painting’. However, Bob was a smart businessman and used the show as an advertisement for his own line of painting supplies. And boy, did he make a happy buck with it! His company Bob Ross Inc. went on to become a $15 million empire of how-to books, videos and, most of all, Bob Ross art supplies. What an interesting, detailed, and amazing seascape! the sky, and how it goes from dark blue to a lighter lavender, with the setting sun, REALLY portrays an accurate sunset and how the sky would look! And the seemingly endless waves are amazing, especially the foremost one that is about to crash down! it looks so smooth, and has such a sheen to it, it's unreal. The cliff on the left was a great touch too for an almost-midnight painting. The collage at 5:55 was a great thing to see as well. It really is amazing how all these people painted so well, just like Bob. Look at all the people he reached. It truly is amazing. Hope you enjoyed my *_Happy Little Review~_*

Whats awsome about bob ross is that his voice is natural snd the ASMR is NATURAL. Too many fake asmr whispering out there. Simply whispering into a mic about random shit doesn't mean its good. . Im sure you people know what im talking about. Natural is the best, if everyone had s soft smooth voice like this guy we wouldnt be fighting all the time. Conversations would be a pleasure to have. Then it wouldnt be so special. That what made bob so great. Hes one of the handful of people that had it. He was special for it.

This man genuinely loves painting and wants to simply share the happiness he gets from it with others To see people making such beautiful pieces because of him must be incredible. I can't paint worth shit. But if I had the opportunity to paint along with Bob with access to art supplies, I would absolutely do it, love it snd try my hardest I have dyspraxia snd struggle to even write properly, so I know my painting is going to suck But I bet it'd be so much fun to do, and Ross would like it regardless simply because it brought enjoyment

Matthew Scott Yeah, it would have to be a very specific location where someone could see a wave on a beach like this with a mountain in the distance. I think Hawaii and some other places in the world have some views like that. @MissingmyBabbu6 жыл бұрын
Nah- I don't think art teachers. Most people who go in to teach art (as much as they be about structure and "rules") love art. It's their passion. In fact, I remember an art teacher who would play VHS tapes of Bob Ross for us while we worked. Bob Ross himself was an art teacher to loads of us. Me and you included, I bet. I'm sure the dislikes wouldn't even phase him. He'd just chalk it up to different taste in art, and say they're just as welcome as everyone else.
@chesterroman25066 жыл бұрын
Bob defines art. His presence in front of a canvas is art, everything he says and does from the tone in his voice to the way he holds the paint on his platter. I beleive their is too much to learn from how he paints and is so confident in imagining and allowing for his thoughts to correspond to the story as well. I love how every stroke or dash carries on his story and makes sense of everything and some times he only makes sense to himself ha i love that.

Bob Ross always throwing shade at the producers in his subtle voice 😂 And I absolutely love him for it! They should have gave this angel of a man hours shows like he requested!
