Glad to know im not the only one. Been struggling big time with panic attacks and total dissociations where reality isn't real. Its most precarious when i try to go to sleep and all i can hear are my thoughts (which incessantly try to convince me things are gonna go wrong). These videos give my mind something to focus on, while also being relaxing enough to put me out. Its been amazing. Btw, pro tip, video games are incredible for pulling you out of attacks. Tetris, a game called "CubeBlock", Madden practice mode are a couple Ive used with brilliant success. Play for 5 minutes and Im all better. Some kind of game with a lot of repetition. Just a suggestion. Obviously Tetris and CubeBlock are games you can do on your phone.

She came up with abstract dog - that had right angles . I painted a simple mountain snow scene - wet on wet canvas . Sold it for $50. No one looked at her rubbish - A plus mark thank you

i need to read up on bob's childhood. something tells me it was a little rocky because all of his cabins have tough lives. i haven't seen him draw a person other than a silhouette in season three. the cabins seem to be the closest to it.
