I just heard that Ms. Dent has passed away April 15, 2022 after her battle with Parkinson's. I loved watching this episode and learned a lot about painting on metal blades. R.I.P. Ms. Dent, and God Bless.

Holy mother of southern accents.
@neosquirrel

Well, more of a south Midwestern. She doesn't have that deep drawl. It's more of an accent that comes from areas that reside between upper Midwest and the South. In Illinois your Chicagoan is going to sound VERY different from southern Illinois that borders Kentucky. (Plus the opinions and attitudes are night and day as well.)

Yeah, those African Americans and liberals take the history of slavery so seriously. It was so long ago anyway, so why do they have to keep bringing the subject up? I mean, they should be like a lot of white folk who get massively triggered about really important issues, like non-threatening caravans of brown families, or imaginary Wars On Christmas, or background checks on firearms, etc. FFS!

I have been fascinated with Bob's methods, inherited from mr. Alexander since starting watching from season 1. My face when seeing another painter come on the show. I did not think I'd enjoy this as much as Bob's sessions, but after a short while, I started enjoying this too! She has a unique style too, and it works as well! This just enforces the theory that no matter what technique you use, as long as you practice and put your heart into it, it will result in such masterpieces. Her accent is super to listen too, although somewhat too sharp sometimes. Either way, I really enjoyed this episode. It really broadened my horizon, and I hope to see more of other painters during the episodes.

And then, everything after that became a "pun" explosion. She said stuff like, "moist", "brown bushes"(I think), "white snow", "snow droplete", "snow drop off", "snow cover pebble rock chucks", "double load", "bare", "old post", snow so hard everywhere else, "plant those post", "bush color" "bounce that in", "little bushes", "snow on the bushes", "bounce these little snow pluster here". Harawanagangsta chainsaw! Seriously I never saw any sawmills around here. Never saw such a thing on a scrap yard which we have little of anyway. So yeah I would get smaller ones no problem but this size? Maybe we have a rule for this thing. Even I can't imagine they have such crazy rules like at the airport. You want some old rope from the trash of the airport well you have to undergo allot of secrurity protocolls. So crazy.^^ But I guess in Alaksa it is much easier to find a sawmill than in Germany with less restrictions, expecially back then.

I fancy myself an imaginative being, however, I can't honestly say before this day, I had never considered painting a saw blade :)

She sounds like a text-to-speech. No hate tho, the fact that she uses a sawblade as a canvas blows my mind :o

She didn't beat the devil out of it. :-( Still looked quite serene but it might be evil, we don't know.
