He's my favourite physiotherapist too! No offence to Bob & Brad, I still love you guys. Thanks to the discount code which you offered on a previous video with Rick, I was able to sign up for Rick's back program. I'm currently following that and it's absolutely changing my life. I truly mean that. My pain level went from 45 to 27 in one week. A phenomenal drop in pain and a large drop in the tension in my body and mind as a direct result of having less pain too. Tonight I got in and out of the bath without any pain in my right hip and pelvis for the first time in 9 years. Baths are back to being a relaxing experience instead of the awful dread wondering if my leg would just give in under me getting in or out of the bath and would I have an injury. Because I'm changing bad habits with posture and stance recommended by Rick, my knee hasn't flared up once. Before starting this program I had 3 and a half months of constant pain in my left knee. To be this far in a short number of weeks is just amazing to me. I cannot speak highly enough of Rick's methods. I highly recommend to anyone suffering pain or discomfort, sign up to one of Rick's programs. You will not regret it and you are worth the investment - the programs are not expensive and the support you get alongside the videos is phenomenal. And you can do it all in the comfort of your own home at whatever hour of the day suits you. And Bob and Brad have a discount. It's a no-brainer. Truly. Sorry for the rant but I could enthuse more and edited myself greatly!

I am not seeing the linked video. The program is more than I can afford. How would I know which one of your books with exercises would be most helpful for me?

What is this "butt pump exercise" that Rick Olderman is referring to in this video?
@bluecurlygirl
@bluecurlygirl 2 жыл бұрын
It's one of the exercises covered in his programs. It's used to engage the butt muscles. That's what should be lifting your legs when you walk. If you go to the linked video you'll see it in action. Worth checking out.
