I've always been a huge Thurman fan. I once purchased some kickboxing instructional tapes that were done by Bob Thurman. I went on, training by myself, to have a 20 and 9 amateur kickboxing record, with 15 KOs...pretty good for not belonging to a school or gym, right??!!

Seriously!!! I did not know Thurman had instructional tapes, I will definitely try to find them!!! Who produced them? What were they called?

@@KickboxingVideos wow...I wish I knew...I saw an ad for them in the back of a Karate magazine. This was sometime in the late 80s I think. All I remember about them was that they were really poorly produced, but the contents were pretty good. I'm not even sure which magazine they were in. I bought whatever I could find at the drug store. If I think of anything that might help you I will definitely let you know. Sorry I couldn't be of more help!!!

Emilio Narvaes style was nesei goju under joe artesi student of the founder of that style the late grand master frank ruiz. Narvaez was also former pka welterweights champion eddie andujar nephew.
