The 2020 rally was our first. We stayed at Hog Heaven. Tent Electric. Pretty cool... but our tent and pop ups got torn apart from the storms. We decided tent camping was done for us. We bought a motorhome. Hog Heaven built a new RV full hookup section called The Meadows. We reserved our spot right away for about $575 for the entire rally. Wristbands are extra, $165 each person. As long as we reserve each year, that spot will always be ours. Hog Heaven keeps their grounds and facilities very clean and well stocked. They have two large shower houses, several eatery choices, live entertainment, full laundry service for a small fee, a few vendors and tons of great and friendly staff. When you guys went out last year, that big earth mover was more than likely one of the rigs getting ready to break ground for the new RV section, The Meadows. Full service hookups, 50amp, water and sewer. We have a 40' wide by 90' long space. We can have as many vehicles and tents as we can fit in our space... just each person has to have their own wristband. DaBus also runs through there on a regular basis during the rally. We are in space 2 of The Meadows. We will arrive Monday or Tuesday (8/2 or 8/3). After we drop our doggies off at Woofers Pet Resort in Sturgis. (Another great place) Hope to catch up with you two at some point during the rally.

@@bobandtams they allow dogs, yes. However, since we are there to ride, it's not fair to our fur babies to be left alone all day.

Well done Team, stayed at Ride and Rest a couple of times. Family owned and very friendly working on getting more for their campers but so low progress! Breakfast was good and quick. Stayed in the little cabins shipped stuff to the camp ground and picked it up. HAMMER

Another campsite b good to check out is Lamphere Ranch Campground, it's right next to Glencoe, We like it because it's quiet and you could get some sleep when you want to get up early to go ride..it shares the gravel road with Glencoe, when you turn left into Glencoe you keep going straight back and lamb fear ranch is off to the right... Really reasonable rates, tent camping, Rv hook-ups and 2 or 4 person cabin's, bathrooms and shower hoise is clean, they have a general store for all your needs, and the chuckwagon where u can get breakfast lunch and dinner, I've been to Sturgis 5 years and each time I stayed here

Thanks for the video. My personal testimony : I’ve stayed at Hog Heaven every time I’ve been to Sturgis but once. Plenty of room so you can spread out. I very rarely have had to wait in line at the shower house. Bar, vendors, and bands each night. I think most of the rv hookups are on the hill that might not be visible on a drive thru. Also fun to stop on your ride home at night and watch the circle track and motocross races. DaBus goes downtown directly from the campground. Multiple food choices with decent food at fair prices. Thought this info would be helpful!

Good info, I stayed at the Ride and Rest in 2019. The spot my RV was park at had a lot of slope and made it hard to step up into the RV. The food and bar was great. It being across the road from Glencoe, I could hear it's bands and the Drag strip. I could hear Buffalo Chip too! Cost for 4 about $900

Hope you y'all had a great anniversary. You're living the American dream. The only bike I can afford right now was an ebike I'm going camping to about 30 miles away at Lakeside Beach State Park New York and I can camp there for $5 a day because I have a park pass due to disability and one leg people look at you pretty funny when you're riding a bicycle with one leg there are a lot of good people out there they're always helping me I got to start making videos again also. I'd out by the lake there is any service 4 phone or anything unless there is Wi-Fi but I can do without it for a week

Love seeing these campgrounds for my future planning purposes. Interesting regarding Kickstands because I actually met a lady at Shade Valley when I stayed there (four years ago) who came up to me in the bar and asked what I think of a campground name...Kickstands? I told her certainly appropriate for bikers and that I liked the name. She said it was for sale and they were buying it and she hoped I would stay there in the future. A very nice lady, but didn't meet her husband. Great job on the info and video.
