Thank you for this meditation! If I may, I’d like to share two other things I’m grateful for that were not mentioned in the recording: I’m thankful for all my mistakes, my challenges, my problems, which make me grow, and I’m thankful, most of all, for all the daily, maybe really small, blessings that come into my life every single day that I’m not aware of (like being able to have a hot shower or even having water running down my faucet). I’m grateful for being speaking English (despite being Brazilian) and have access to this recording, and for being able to share my thoughts, and thankful for all people that eventually will read them and hopefully have good insights, too.

Always grateful for the simple things. I woke up this morning with all limbs working. I often refer to myself as Captain Obvious because I do acknowledge that fact everyday. I woke up this morning! I have another opportunity to leave someone with a smile on their face. I was bathed in loving encouragement and kind words almost daily as a child by an amazing mother.
