Thanks for making the video cause I got the rare 2000 Camry v6 manual 5 speed and it has the same e153 trans and I plan to change the clutch master too cause it was causing shifting issues every e153 transmission gets and everyone thinks it’s the trans fluid or the trans itself but gotta check that clutch disengage

Check your clutch accumulator, 02 Solara v6 5spd make sure that’s not randomly blowing up. I barely see any knowledge on it other than it’s money for Toyota and slows the clutch so you can’t be bad with the clutch

so you ca n suck it through from the slave bleeder or blow it thru from the master reservoir. both ways seem to work

Hi Bob, I Have a 91 Mr2, Yesterdday going for a ride and suddently I didin't have any clutch ! A got pressure on the pedal but can't put it on gear while the motor run but when the car was off i can't put in any gear i want ! Does it raleate to the Slave Master ? Thanks for your expertise !

bleeding the slave cylinder is easily done by raising the front of the car, loosening the bleed nipple then tighten it after all the bubbles have stopped escaping

Is there anyway to get the fork pushed back? When I took out my slave the space got too small and even the same slave won't fit back in.

My 4th gen 3sgte won’t go in gear you think is could be the slave cyclinder the problems I change clutch tranny already still won’t go in gear ????????????????

I got my mr2 yesterday and it has a weird clutch issue it slips bad when hot but it’s perfect cold very weird gonna bleed it and try to adjust the pedal anything else I should check other then the norm

Why didn't he just say you can take the cylinder out on its own? Just undo all the bolts and move it parallel to the rod, and away. Use a crowbar if you need a some space. Same with the reverse. You do not need to do anything with engine mount
