Weakening always after injuries. Strengthening is something that takes time so most people don't do it. Often strengthening results in better than before the injury.

Thank you sooo much... I am a nurse and I need to strengthen my feet. I am planning on using this during my yoga practice. I have really been focusing on improving my balance so this will be a great exercise for me to add to my routine. Thanks again. You are truly a blessing.

Gloria_g make sure you do it consistently for at least a year! It’s that type of deal where a little every or every other day goes a long way!

I was sceptical whether this would help me, but it is the one exercise that has helped my planter fasciitis.

Yes, please do. I've complained to my chiropractor about the pain I am always getting on the top of my left foot. And when I am adjusted the pain does go away a little, and after a couple of days the tightness and pain do go away.

The exercises work best for me too. I use the Algin Archiciser and it is great. I went from having one flat foot to both feet having a beautiful curve when standing. I can now stand on the kitchen floor in my bare feet and do the dome exercise and I can totally flex and relax my arches fully.

I am so going to start doing this exercise. I too have a problem with my balance. When I sprained my back at work, they sent me to PT and the PT had me standing on one leg to strengthen my balance I kept tilting to the side. And my PT told me to keep practising by standing on one leg every day. It helped a little bit, I still tilted to the side. Thanks to you Doctors now after all these years of having flat feet and having poor balance I can now work on strengthening my arch and balance more. I'm still walking in a slight marching motion and I kid you not, I have more energy and my feet, leg, and back muscles hurt a lot less. And I noticed, walking up the stairs is less painful, hooray!

please create a video for how to stretch if you work on a hard floor and are trying to heal from sciatica. Unfortunately, the floor is usually covered with food bits so laying down is not an option. Thank you. You two are great! Funny too.

Can you do this while you still have plantar fasciitis? Or is it just for after you’ve healed?

I have what I believe are either bone spurs or at the very worst a very bad case of osteoarthritis. At any rate my ankles swell like the dickens and have lots of pain. Especially if I am active. My question is do you have an ankle sleeve in mind to increase compression? I have had many ankle injuries over the years as well have gained weight which is a painful combination.

Doing reps are not going to be as effective as fascia tensioning. Also if Bob doesn’t feel in the glutes it means the fascia connection from the feet to the glutes are not fully functional #hyperarch

I don't get how we have the same skeletons but our feet are so visibly different arch wise.
@alphanotmale18474 жыл бұрын
Hey guys, quick question: Will fallen arches acquire any degree of height with these exercises, and if so, will this change be permanent? Also how do I know that I am doing the exercises correctly? (because instead of getting the bulge on the instep, as Brad was pointing out, I am getting a workout soreness on my shins).
