I'VE LITERALLY TRIED just about everything you two docs have offered & MUCH MORE...Pain is always w/me! I've accepted that so by age 38 I had a pain pump Implant because Nothing has helped. Even with the pump I STILL LIVE W/PAIN DAILY so I also had to change my LIFESTYLE!! I STILL HAVE PAIN!! Bed rest is the WORST thing you can do!!

You guys are amazing. This series couldn’t have come at a better time. I was living in hell for nearly a month. Multiple trips to the er. Family doctor did nothing. Found you 2 about 2 weeks ago and started practicing your methods. Slept with some pillows last night to correct my spine seeing that the pain was the absolute worst in the morning and I was moving around the fastest i have in the past month, ALL Day! Been staying aware of my posture also! Thank you so much!

Hello Docs, I am new to your videos. I have pain on the ankle on the inside of my right leg. Could that be due to more pressure put on my right feet while walking or is it arthritis? Have you done any videos on ankle pain on the inside of the leg ?

Keep in mind : perhaps stretching it out is the last thing it needs. If a muscle is strained, it has micro tears in it. Stretching it will just further tear it and keep it from improving and recovering.

I loved "active sitting" on a large exercise ball when I could still tolerate sitting of any kind. Gave me extra years. But try different things until you find one that helps. There are lots of options for "active sitting" or ergonomic.
