My husband thought he had sciatica because he had sciatica before and the pain resembled the last time and it ended up that he needed hip replacements so if it takes too long to go away go to the doctor and get your hips checked

Disk bulging and hernia can bulge in two directions front and back of spine. These exercises can make things worse if you have a bulge in a certain direction

I hurt my back in January. I couldn't move for a good day at all. The pain and shock feeling down my leg was HORRIBLE. Now 3 months later my lower back feels better but half my foot is still numb and sometimes my lower leg is also. Is this ever going to go away? How does my lower back feel better but I still have numbness? Any one else deal with this before?

Sara Jane mine doesn’t seem to go away especially after working out. I’m 25 btw my suggestion is keep working on your core and 🦵 I’m doing that atm and I see a slight relieve with stretches every morning

If sciatica is a result of an inflamed si joint and not necessarily a disc herniation, will these types of exercises worsen it and increase pain?

Hurts so bad just to lay on my stomach. Can I use pillows under my hips while lying on my stomach and doing these exercises? Please please answer as I am desperate. Thank you!
