This song was just the right note of teenage angst and growing feelings. Back then, if you liked somebody, you go home and they'd be on your mind and you couldn't wait to get back to school to see them. It was like time froze until you saw them the next day.

Bobby was ahead of his time...... People can say what they want about Bobby, he is a legend every member in New Edition was talented. be4 there was a Chris Brown or Usher it was Bobby Brown and he was a better performer when he was younger, and he made better music than this generation of today.... Bobby Brown's storyline on _The New Edition Story_ makes me even a bigger fan of his. He's faced hardships and tragedy time and again, yet he _still_ pulls through and he's _still_ going strong. Woody McClain embodied his role so much. Singing and dancing. He _really_ became Bobby. I'm going to be watching this miniseries for the rest of my life. _NE_ couldn't've come at a better time! Their story is so EPIC!

I’d say that, if not Michael Jackson, either Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles or Smokey Robinson is King of R&B. Don’t get me wrong, though. I’d call Bobby Brown the king of New Jack Swing, in particular, but not of the entirety of Rhythm and Blues. It’s too rich and versatile of a genre to name the powerhouse from strictly the late 80s as the overall king.

They had Bobby moving like Ralf in this video, never knew he would explode one album later with a totally different sound and attitude.

I forgot about this song until the movie last night. I love me some Bobby Brown.... see we forget that famous people are human and will make mistakes too.... keep your head up and keep GOD FIRST
